A Message from the Founder
Great harvests begin
long before planting.
When we planted our first eight hectares in 2012, we understood one truth — soil does not build companies. People do.
Every rhizome we lift, every certificate we earn, and every market we open is the work of a team that treats agriculture as both a science and a duty of care. Our agronomists walk the fields at dawn. Our food scientists test every batch twice. Our trainers hand knowledge to the next generation without reservation.

Adebayo M. Fajinmi is an accomplished journalist, editor, and media strategist with over a decade of experience driving impactful public discourse in Nigeria. Motivated by a commitment to social justice and transparency, he has transitioned a foundational background in education into a distinguished career in investigative and political journalism.
Jonah Ogwuche Odagboyi is a seasoned agricultural professional with a strong background in crop management, agricultural education, and agribusiness. Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Extension and Rural Development from Joseph Sarwuan Tarka University, Makurdi, Jonah has spent the last seven years cultivating a passion for improving agricultural practices and promoting rural development.
As a creative and detail-oriented media professional with strong expertise in visual storytelling, content creation, and cinematography, Sebastine Inedu specializes in directing and producing high-quality video content for ADES FARMS digital platforms. With a passion for impactful visuals and a collaborative approach, he brings creative ideas to life from concept to final production.
Driven by a strong foundation in visual storytelling, John Omotunde is a professional graphic designer, crafting impactful corporate identities, logos, and high-engagement social media assets. His academic background includes a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mass Communication from Lens Polytechnic, allowing him to approach design through a strategic, audience-focused lens.
